We are currently looking for Quantity Surveyors for our new and exciting project based in Vienna Austria. The Quantity surveyors are responsible for all aspects of surveying and commercial functions on projects.

ResponsibilitiesPreparation and updating of contact budgetResponsible for contractual and legal aspects of projectLiaison with Surveying ManagerAdministration of contract recordsProduction of monthly JCR’s and JCS’sAttendance at contractor handover meetingAttendance at bi-weekly contract review meetingsUpdating of cash reporting and collectionIdentification of risks and completion of risk management planRelationship with clients, supply chain and professional teamQualificationsConstruction methods and technologiesMeasurement and valuationAbility to form good working relationships with all stakeholdersKnowledge and understanding of subcontract/material orders and procurementPreparation and understanding of commercial reports.
