Area assistant – The Netherlands

We are looking for a motivated and hands-on Area Assistant to support our operations across 12 campsites in the Netherlands. This is a seasonal, full-time position that combines logistical coordination, staff support, and operational oversight.You will play a key role in ensuring that each campsite is fully prepared for guests, supporting on-site teams throughout the season, and assisting with the end-of-season close-down. The position involves regular travel within the Netherlands and occasional visits to Germany.Key ResponsibilitiesPhase 1 – Start-Up Assist in the preparation of accommodations and staff areas before opening. Deliver equipment and coordinate uniform orders. Welcome and support arriving staff members. Support the Regional Supervisor with inductions and objective setting. Monitor and assist with site readiness prior to opening. Help set up receptions and gather local information for guest use.Phase 2 – In-Season Continue supporting staff training and development. Deliver equipment and supplies to sites as required. Provide operational support during peak periods (including cleaning if needed). Step in temporarily to cover staff shortages on-site. Ensure reception areas are well-maintained and stocked with up-to-date local information. Support the Regional Supervisor with projects and performance improvement initiatives. Carry out any additional duties assigned by the Regional Supervisor to ensure an excellent guest experience.Phase 3 – Close-Down Assist with the end-of-season closure of all campsites. Perform equipment and inventory checks. Support demo cleans and quality control. Work closely with the Regional Supervisor to complete all close-down procedures efficiently.Requirements Strong organisational and communication skills. Practical, hands-on mentality with flexibility to travel. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Full driving licence (essential).
