Job DescriptionAs part of the Area Team, the Area HR ensures that stores are equipped to deliver the best possible customer experience by successfully implementing the brand’s HR strategy—both short and long term. This role partners closely with Area and Store Teams to secure quality throughout the employee life cycle and foster a people-first working environment.The Area HR reports to the Area Manager in Korea.What you will do:Implement the brand HR strategy to drive employee engagement and ensure quality across the employee life cycle. Contribute to a people-first culture by supporting actions and events aligned with annual HR goals. Partner with the Area Manager to grow people and business, guiding Store Management on HR aspects. Drive HR-related KPIs to support business growth within the area. Collaborate with Area Team functions to ensure efficient workflows and achievement of long- and short-term goals. Provide feedback to Regional HR to influence processes and materials for evolving workforce needs. Co-create HR budgets, including recruitment costs and training hours. Partner with Talent Acquisition to secure staffing needs and ensure quality recruitment and succession planning. Train and coach Store Managers on HR KPIs and best practices for recruitment, onboarding, and retention. Build strong relationships with HR teams (training, security, legal, payroll) to ensure compliance and quality employee relations. Monitor and analyze HR KPIs (e.g., turnover, illness rate, onboarding time) and take corrective actions. Ensure compliance with global health & safety policies and local legislation. Promote a constructive feedback culture and act as a neutral escalation point for grievances. Administer and follow up on annual employee surveys and performance reviews. Utilize digital HR platforms to enhance efficiency and performance. QualificationsAlignment to our company values is the most important characteristic we look for in all new joiners. Strong knowledge of local labor laws and HR best practices. Excellent communication skills in English and Korean (both verbal and written). Proven leadership, coaching, and interpersonal skills. Sales-driven and results-oriented mindset. Strong organizational, analytical, and decision-making abilities. Ability to influence and build relationships across multiple teams.
