FRAME can also be found at the most desirable department stores and boutiques worldwide.Role Overview:The Area Manager will be responsible of the APAC market. The position will be based in Paris and will report into the EMEA Sales Manager. The focus will be to drive the business forward with current customers and recruiting new customers. We are looking for someone who is passionate and is really driven by targets.Responsibilities:Manage all day-to-day communication with existing accounts, including but not limited to: weekly selling recaps, reorder discussion, marketing opportunitiesBusiness development, strategy and execution across existing and untapped marketsSales forecasting and tracking alongside the senior management team, with the ability to meet and exceed sales targetsManage agencies alongside the Sales Manager, including key account and independent account managementManage 4 sales seasons per year via showroom appointments, digital appointments and travel to markets when this is required - travel will be requiredOversee and collaborate with various departments across all stages of bringing seasonal collections to marketMonitor the competitive landscape, following market and product trends as an expert in the contemporary spaceRegular product and performance feed back to design and merchandising teamsCollaborate with in-house PR and customers on all initiatives to drive salesSkills & Qualifications: Must have 4+ years of contemporary wholesale experienceKnowledge of the APAC marketTargets orientated, highly motivated, organizedProficiency in Microsoft Office – Excel, PowerPoint, etc. reporting and analysis skillsExperience with platforms such as JoorExceptional written and oral communication skillsExceptional time management skillsAbility to set a priority list and deliver against simultaneous deadlinesPhysical Requirements:Ability to sit or stand for extended periods during meetings, showroom appointments, or travel.Comfortable using a computer and participating in virtual meetings for prolonged periods.Willingness and ability to travel internationally, including long-haul flights and extended trips when required.Ability to lift and carry product samples or materials up to approximately 10–12 kg.Comfortable being on your feet during market appointments, trade shows, or events.Strong verbal communication and visual focus required for presentations, digital meetings, and reviewing product or sales materials.
