We are searching for a passionate and driven Area Manager (France and Switzerland) to oversee multiple high-performing stores for a fast-growing, globally recognised footwear and lifestyle brand.ALL CV's must be submitted in English.The role is paying €65,000 per annum + €6,000 annual car allowance (total €71,000 base)27 days of holidays plus national holidays.25% bonus (paid quarterly)And many other benefits, including a daily lunch allowance.In this pivotal role, you’ll be the driving force behind your region’s success, empowering Store Managers, shaping strategy and ensuring each location not only hits targets but delivers an unforgettable customer experience. From performance coaching to operational excellence, you’ll build a culture where people thrive and results follow.If you're a natural leader with a love for retail and a flair for strategy, this is your chance to step up and make your mark.Duties:Creating and building email campaigns within ESP (Cordial) with localised copy and collaborating with CRM Specialist and stakeholders on approval.Planning email marketing calendar (from global, & local content) with relevant content to the Italian marketManaging relationships with external translation agency, ensuring copy is locally relevant and represents the brandCollaborating with Ecommerce teams, ensuring the product shown is relevant to the market.Understanding market trends and brand identity, ensuring this is demonstrated throughout marketing communicationsCollaborating with regional team/country marketing managers on ideas and local event activations (i.e. events team on data capture from in-person events)Reporting on campaign performance (Google Analytics / analytical tools)Working across different market functions & countries to further learn & understand what is happening with all marketsBeing the first point of contact for retail HR issuesRequirements:Proven experience in retail management, preferably in a multi-store environmentStrong leadership and team-building skillsAbility to analyse data and make informed decisionsAn understanding of Employee Relations and HR policy and procedure in your regionFluency in both French and English is a requirement for this roleAble to travel across the region frequently and at short noticeDemonstrate brand values and shows interest in the brandAn approachable leader, leading by example and celebrating collaborative successPassionate about delivering exceptional customer serviceCommercially minded and driven by resultsWhat we can give you:Competitive Pay and Bonuses - We’ve created a variety of competitive compensation programs to foster career development, reward success and to show our employees just how much they’re valued.Generous Holidays & some time away from work.Extras, discounts, perks & volunteering opportunities - Being a valued member of the brand means more than just a pay check.
