Location Name: ChandigarhJob Purpose“This position is open with Bajaj Finance ltd.”Duties And ResponsibilitiesResponsible for acquiring new Corporates for ESOP tie-ups.Responsible for generating leads from Empaneled Corporates.Responsible for doing Cross-Selling of Investment Products like FD’s, Insurance, IPO Financing to the Corporate employees.Responsible for arranging Corporate Help Desks on regular intervals.Required Qualifications And ExperienceShould have a MBA / Post Graduate Degree.Prior knowledge of LAS / ESOP Industry is a must.Should have minimum 3 years of experience for ESOP Financing & Cross- Selling Of Investment Products.Should have excellent communication skills, relationship building skills along with strong presentation skills.Excellent Team Management & Interpersonal Skills.Exceptionally high motivational levels and need to be a self – motivated individual.
