Job DescriptionLead, guide and ensure the hub meets the operations KPI as per directive from ManagementSupervising and providing guidance for Hub Managers, Fleet Supervisors to monitor day to day productivity levels of each hubResources allocation to make sure all hubs are effectively operatingFocal point to coordinate with upstream operations which is Linehaul, Sorting Centres and First MileCapable of reporting and forecasting/planning hub operation outputsFully accountable for cost and synergy with initiatives from HQ that drives operation excellenceManage and hire Fleet supervisors & Hub managers in designated regions across MalaysiaManage and ensure hub is meeting 5S (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardise, Sustain) standardsRequirementsLegally allowed to work in Sabah / Sarawak based on respective state law requirementsCandidates currently based in Kota Kinabalu are encouraged to applyDiploma / Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or relevant disciplines is advantageousWilling to work on a rational shift basis depending on business needsBasic Microsoft Excel skillsExperience in logistics operations would be an advantageFamiliarity with postcodes / routing / mapping would be of good useExcellent leadership and communication skillsAbility to deal with ambiguous situationsFast learner, comfortable with a dynamic environmentWorking pattern: 45 working hours weekly, Rotational shift schedule, Overtime if requiredWorking location: Miri & Limbang, Sarawak
