Area Manager

Our client is a German multinational corporation and one of the largest sportswear manufacturer, and they are looking for a Area Manager to join their team!Key Responsibilities:Achieve sales and KPI targets while improving store productivity and managing operational expenses.Oversee retail operations including store openings, inventory, loss prevention, and visual merchandising.Lead and develop retail teams, identify talent, and support succession planning through training and coaching.Collaborate with internal teams such as merchandising, marketing, and e-commerce to support retail initiatives.Drive process improvements and enhance customer experience through localized execution of global programs.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree with strong numerical skills and proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and email systems.Minimum 5 years of retail operations experience and 2–3 years in a similar role with a global brand.At least 2 years of managerial experience, including managing multiple stores.Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused and results-driven mindset.To apply, please click "APPLY NOW" or email Chong Yu Cheng at yu.cheng@ambition.com.my.
