With a proud national footprint and a strong reputation for quality, safety, and innovation, this organisation plays a vital role in delivering essential materials and solutions to infrastructure, construction, and manufacturing customers across the country.The Role This is a unique opportunity to play a key leadership role driving operational excellence, sales growth, and customer satisfaction across a network of both metropolitan and regional branches. Reporting to the Southern Region Manager the successful candidate will oversee multiple sites, ensuring safe and efficient operations while taking full ownership of the sales channel and commercial performance across the region.Key priorities include:Senior leadership of operational and sales teams, fostering a high-performing culture.Driving a proactive safety culture with full compliance to all systems and standards.Executing strategies to achieve operational excellence and continuous improvement.Overseeing sales and customer engagement to drive growth and margin enhancement.Coaching and developing team members to build capability and engagement.Collaborating across functional and leadership teams to improve efficiency.Championing growth initiatives to expand market share and business performance.Full P&L responsibility and financial accountability for the region.Your Background In order to be successful in this role you will have the following background & expereince:Proven senior leadership experience across multi-site industrial or manufacturing operations.Industry background in building products, construction materials, or related manufacturing environments.A track record of implementing high-performance cultures and leading through change.Strong commercial and financial acumen, with the ability to link operations to business outcomes.A genuine and passionate approach to safety leadership.Exceptional communication, stakeholder, and people leadership skills.What’s on Offer This is an outstanding opportunity to join a respected national organisation in a role with genuine influence and autonomy.
