B&P offers highly unique services aimed at increasing energy efficiency and improving compressed air usage in customer’s plants and facilities.B&P is searching for a Area Manager in the Valdosta, GA area to join our team!The primary function of this position is to develop and manage an existing large customer base and provide technical solutions in partnership with the Service Department.Duties Include But Not Limited ToManage the business development activities of a dedicated strategic territoryDevelop and execute strategies for new businessAnticipate uncertainty, manage risk, embrace change, and drive good decision-making throughout the Area Manager functionIdentify customer’s new and existing needs, develop, present strategic proposalsMake presentations to key decision makers, effectively selling the company’s capabilities and credentialsGrow new and existing accounts to full potential as well as generate maximum revenue on a long-term basisRequirementsThe successful candidate should possess the following qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, business, communications or another related field and/or equivalent business/sales experience.Experience creating and cultivating long term Service and Sales relationships in the Industrial Manufacturing sector.Established relationships with regional Industrial Manufacturing accounts is preferred.Excellent organizational, oral & written communication skillsWilling to research and identify target prospects & business needsDisciplined work ethic driven by passion toward accountability achievementComputer skills with proficiency in a Windows based environmentMust have team work attitudeDetail orientedAble to work independently and as a team playerOrganized, able to multitaskSelf-starter in a high paced work environmentWork within established procedures and meet deadlinessBenefitsBlake & Pendleton offers a comprehensive benefit package:Medical (with option for spending accounts)VOL DentalVOL VisionVOL Life and Dependent Life401k (with a match)VOL GAP (hospital, critical illness, and accident coverages)Accrued Vacation and Sick TimeNoteBlake & Pendleton offers an excellent and comprehensive benefit package.
