This role is perfect for a hands-on leader who thrives on building strong teams, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering the best outcomes for children, families, and team members.What You’ll Be DoingOversee the daily operations of multiple centres within your regionLead, mentor, and inspire Centre Managers and their teamsEnsure compliance with all regulations, policies, and proceduresDrive performance, quality, and engagement across your centresFoster a culture of safety, wellbeing, and continuous improvementBuild strong relationships with families, team, and the wider communityWhat We’re Looking ForProven experience in a multi-site leadership role (Area Manager, Cluster Manager, Operations Manager, or similar)Strong knowledge of early childhood education and care regulationsExceptional people leadership skills with the ability to coach and develop othersA results-driven mindset, balancing compliance, quality, and commercial outcomesExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsResilience, adaptability, and a strong commitment to safety.
