Area Manager Location: South Jakarta, IndonesiaJob Details: Onsite - PermanentWhat you'll do:This role will be responsible for driving sales performance, manager healthy stock term, building and maintaining relationships with dealerships, and ensuring that sales targets and customer satisfaction goals are achieved within their assigned territory. This role requires a deep understanding of the automotive industry, strategic planning, and the ability to lead and inspire others to deliver exceptional results.About you:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.Proven experience in automotive sales, with at least 5 years in a managerial and area sales role.Proficiency in Salesforce and CRM software and Microsoft Office Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
