Duties & ResponsibilitiesWhat you'll do:-Achieve the assigned order budget by supporting customer needs through a technical sales approach.-Promote the entire John Crane portfolio, leveraging cross-selling opportunities.-Prepare and submit technical and commercial quotations to clients.-Negotiate selected opportunities using a strategic selling approach.-Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders across departments and countries to achieve business goals.-Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential clients in the market.-Build strong, long-term partnerships with assigned accounts, maximizing customer satisfaction.-Act as a trusted problem solver and solution provider for customers.-Work in close coordination with assigned Agents and the Service Team.-Provide accurate forecasts and insights regarding business evolution with assigned clientsQualificationsEducation & Experience:-Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline (preferred).-Proven experience in Technical Sales, with strong strategic thinking and negotiation skills.-Commercial mindset with a focus on business development.-Excellent communication skills and an approachable, proactive attitude.-Solid understanding of the pharma and/or process industries and rotating equipment, ideally from previous experience.-High level of energy, enthusiasm, and resilience. Position Requirements / Skills & Knowledge:-Willingness to spend at least 50% of working time in the field with customers.-Ability to prepare regular reports on project pipeline, competitor activity, and key opportunities.-Drive to increase market share with existing customers.
