Area Manager – Multi-Unit Operations (Fitness)

Location: Belgrade & Pančevo, Serbia About the role: We are expanding fast and are looking for a hands-on Area Manager with a proven track record in multi-location operations. You will be responsible for overseeing 4–5 fitness locations across Belgrade and Pančevo, ensuring operational excellence, people leadership, and flawless execution. This is not a desk job. We need someone who thrives in the field, solves problems fast, leads by example, and keeps teams aligned with company standards.Key responsibilities:Manage daily operations across 4–5 fitness locations (Belgrade & Pančevo).Ensure each location meets operational, sales, and service standards.Lead, support, and hold accountable local managers and their teams.Monitor performance KPIs and report directly to HQ Operations.Implement company SOPs and ensure consistent execution across all clubs.Act as the direct link between field operations and head office.Drive results through clear communication, follow-up, and accountability.Support operational launches of new clubs or upgrades.What we’re looking for: Proven experience managing multiple units (fitness, retail, hospitality, or F&B industry stronglypreferred).Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing managers and teams.Strong problem-solving mindset and the ability to make decisions in the field.High accountability, strong organizational habits, and structured follow-up.Must have own car and be comfortable traveling daily between cities.Solid reporting skills and ability to work closely with HQ.What we offer: Key operational leadership role in the fastest-growing fitness chain in the region.Competitive salary + performance-based bonus.Company fuel coverage for travel between cities.Direct access to HQ and leadership team.Growth opportunities as the network expands.How to apply: Send your CV to info@nonstopfitness.rs
