As we further expand our Queensland operations, we are seeking a passionate individual to lead our amazing team of people in this hands-on role. We're looking for someone who:Genuinely wants to help the elderly.Has experience in the home care sector, cleaning sector, or home maintenance section can demonstrate a track record of outstanding service implementation, skills and delivery.Can build, lead, manage and develop a team of Domestic Assistants and Home Maintenance Specialists.Has good people skills and can engage easily and tactfully with our partners and their clients.Is solutions-focused and well organizedTrack record of managing workplace, health and safety and risk managementIs willing to be hands-on as you will be required to cover at times for the team where needed and complete Domestic Assistance activities (basic house cleaning, changing bed linen, washing clothes, dishes etc) or home maintenance services (gardening, pressure washing, handyman, professional window cleaning).Is willing to travel between Brisbane and Sunshine CoastTech savvy and is keen to learn and use our platform.Has a current Australian Driver's LicenseHas a current police check.Has current NDIS CheckHas current COVID 19 and Influenza CertificateYour Benefits:Fully funded company vehicle (hybrid SUV) for work purposes.Empowered to manage operations and your own schedule (operations are Monday to Friday only).Flexible working balance, being able to spend time working from home and in market.Career progression within a company already growing quickly.Part of a positive and energetic team.Great learning environment, working closely with the Founder, other Area Managers and part of an entrepreneurial community.If you're interested in joining our growing team, we would love to hear from you.
