Job DescriptionManages shipbuilding projects from construction to completion, ensuring adherence to specifications and timelinesAnalyzes workflows and implement best practices to streamline construction works, reduce costs, and improve productivityEnsures compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the construction processServes as the primary liaison between clients, suppliers, and internal teams, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concernsIdentifies potential risks in projects and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impactEnsures the works are done within project budgets and identifying areas for cost savings while maintaining qualityJob RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture or a related fieldMinimum 5 years' experience in shipbuilding (FPSO Construction) and marine operationGood planning, organization, control, problem-solving, interpersonal and communication skillsLocation(s):Seatrium (SG) Pte.
