JOB PURPOSEManage the assigned cold storage and is responsible for the effective and efficient implementation of processes in order to achieve excellent customer experience by ensuring that the technical and operations services are delivered timely (within SLA) and with qualityEnsure that all 5M’s (Manpower, Material, Machine, Methods and Measures) are aligned with towards achieving set KRA’s coming from management and clientsEnsure generation of maximum profitability from the operations DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Operations ManagementEnhance / develop operations system by determining product handling and storage requirements; develop, implement, enforce and evaluate policies and procedures, equipment utilization and inventory management;Responsible in over-all leasing process – from preparation of presentation and offer sheet to prospective clients, documentation activities, warehouse turnover, and other related activities in relation to completing the process; with full occupancy target and maximized profitability; Perform account management activities to ensure client retention; together with the Operations Supervisor, ensure that all clients’ inquiries, requests and concerns are being attended and addressed; Research prospective accounts, locators and lessees in targeted markets, pursue leads and follow through to successful agreements; Help achieve excellent customer experience by ensuring that the required services by the client are delivered timely (within SLA) and with quality;Ensure compliance with government agencies such as NMIS, BFAR, BPI, LGU, and other government regulatory body;Handles direction setting for operations and facilities related matters and ensures consistency in warehouse management;Understand the target markets, including industry, company, project, company contacts to strategically create expansion strategies that can be used to attract clients.Plan and manage the cold storage warehouse with suppliers, logistics providers, transportation companies and customers;Deliver solutions to logistics needs while maintaining high levels of quality and service within budgetary requirements;Forecast requirement; prepare an annual budget; schedule expenditures; analyze variances and initiating corrective actionsAssist in the collection of outstanding account or receivables from clients; and Attend regular coordination meetings OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Participate in major department projects and take an active role in cross-functional team to assist in driving quality improvement, processes, and initiatives.Actively participate and communicate in the team-based work groups.Other tasks that may be necessary to the overall function.Work site locations:Mabalacat, PampangaInterested candidates may send their CV at francisco.leo@ayalalandlogistics.com
