Responsible for competitive intelligence and facilitate strategic competitive practices. To achieve the highest possible occupancy, and average daily rate for the purpose of maximizing room revenues, Food and Beverages, Spa, and other revenue generating department for Banyan Tree, Dhawa, and Garrya Kyoto.Key Responsibilities:Drive maximum room revenue, yield, and conversion rates through effective reservations management strategies.Oversee the use of hotel systems to ensure accurate data capture for client information, events, forecasts, and performance results.Manage revenue systems to monitor occupancy, control overbooking, track promotional offers, denials, rates, and inventory, and maintain pace and booking statistics reports.Lead revenue meetings by preparing and presenting relevant reports, analyses, and key market trends.Manage third-party distributors via extranets, ensuring compliance with the Lowest Internet Rate Guarantee and company standards.Provide technical support and training to Reservations and Front Office teams on up-selling and negotiation techniques.Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports, conduct competitor analysis, and support market-related special projects.Foster positive team morale and effective working relationships with managers and associates across the hotels.Ensure the highest quality of guest service and hospitality standards within the reservations function.Provide leadership, coaching, and training to enhance team performance and professional growth.Comply with all health, safety, fire, and emergency procedures.Represent the hotels professionally, maintaining a high standard of personal presentation, hygiene, and behavior at all times.Attend required meetings and training sessions, and perform other assignments as directed by management.Uphold ethical conduct and compliance with local laws, company rules, and operating standards.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field (preferred).Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in reservations management within a luxury hotel or high-end hospitality environment in Japan, preferably in a cluster or multi-property role.Possession of a valid visa for working in Japan.Business-level English and Japanese language skills.Strong knowledge of PMS, CRS, and channel management systems.Familiarity with revenue management strategies and tools.Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and reservations software.Ability to manage multiple properties and priorities effectively.Professional appearance and demeanor, with a guest-focused mindset.Foreign nationals must have a valid work visa for Japan.We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.Thank you!
