Area Sales Executive (Water Pumps) – Kaluthara, Galle & Mathara

Key Responsibilities · Develop & execute territory-wise sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.· Identify and on board new dealers, hardware shops, engineering firms, and project customers to expand market penetration.· Conduct regular field visits to maintain strong relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.· Present product demonstrations, explain technical specifications, and recommend suitable pump models based on customer requirements.· Track market trends, competitor pricing, promotional activities, and product movement, and report insights to management.·  Work closely with the service and technical teams to coordinate installations, after-sales service, and warranty claims.·  Ensure proper payment collection, credit follow-up, and adherence to company credit policies.· Maintain accurate sales records, visit reports, customer database, and submit weekly market coverage reports.·  Attend sales meetings, trade exhibitions, and promotional campaigns as required.·  Promote company brand awareness and maintain a professional reputation in the market.Requirements:·  Proven experience in Sales & Marketing is essential, preferably with exposure to the water pump, hardware, or building material industry.·  Ability to develop customer networks and achieve targets.·  Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.·  Self-motivated, energetic, and willing to travel.·  A valid riding/vehicle license is essential for field visits and territory coverage.How to Apply:Send your CV with the subject “Area Sales Executive” to: malinda.weerarathna@yahoo.com
