Area Sales Manager

Qualifications :Minimum D3/Bachelor's Degree (S1) from any major. (Management, Marketing, or Business major preferred).Minimum 1-3 years of experience as a Sales Supervisor or Area Sales Manager in the Retail/Electronics industry.Strong knowledge of market & pricing strategies.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).Up-to-date and adept at using social media (Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp Business) for sales purposes.Responsibilities :Achieve the overall area sales target and create detailed sales plans with customers.Build and maintain a database of a minimum of 20 active dealers/Modern Trade (MD) customers.Create customer mapping (Dealer/MD) for targeted approaching as needed.Create product video content to be posted on social media accounts (Instagram/TikTok/WhatsApp).Prepare reports (Daily, Weekly, Monthly) containing achievements, obstacles, solutions, and market information, reported directly to the immediate supervisor.
