Salomon's heritage, culture, and commitment are tied together by one simple concept: the world's leading mountain people creating the world's leading mountain products.Salomon is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Area Sales Manager - Sportstyle to lead our Softgoods business across key ‘Clicks & Mortar' channels.As the Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts within the Salomon Softgoods category, focusing on Sportstyle fashion. You'll build sustainable relationships with retail partners, drive profitable sales growth, and ensure exceptional consumer experiences both in-store and online.RequirementsKey ResponsibilitiesManage and grow assigned accounts within a defined geographical areaDrive profitable sales growth through strategic account management and sustainable customer relationshipsExecute seasonal business planning, range presentations, and sell-in/sell-through activitiesEnsure exceptional in-store and online consumer experiencesCollaborate with marketing and training teams to activate trade marketing plans and partner eventsDeliver outstanding account management via Joint Business Planning (JBP) processesWhat You'll BringExperience: 5+ years in sales, account development, and negotiation, ideally within retail, lifestyle, or outdoor channels. Softgoods expertise highly preferredSkills: Strong planning, analytical, and presentation skills.
