Job DescriptionLead and oversee overall business performance within the assigned region.Develop sales strategies to achieve company targets in financing productsMonitor area managers’ performance, ensuring compliance with company policies and financial regulationsManage profitability (P&L), portfolio quality, and customer acquisition in the region.Build and maintain relationships with key partners, dealers, and stakeholders.RequirementsBachelor’s degree is preferred but not required — applicants with proven experience in a similar role are encouraged to applyMinimum 8–10 years of experience in financing/consumer lending with at least 3 years in regional leadership.Strong leadership, people management, and business acumen.Analytical and strategic thinking with proven track record in achieving sales and portfolio growth.Knowledge of risk management, compliance, and financial regulations.Good negotiation and relationship-building abilities.Data-driven with strong problem-solving and decision-making capability.Target-driven with good motivational and coaching skills.Familiarity with financing products and credit processes is a must.
