Develop sales plans, activities, and campaigns. Manage the day-to-day sales activities in order to implement the organization’s overall sales strategy in South East Asia. Prepare sales forecasts and budgets; monitor sales volume, revenues, and costs against forecasts to identify problem areas. Work closely with Product Manager to develop customer–orientated products in application and solution. Negotiate sales with existing and new customers who are of strategic importance to the organization. Contribute to the development of sales, marketing, customer retention, and distribution strategies for area of responsibility. Manage distributors and support them on the technical aspects of the organization’s products and services; on marketing campaigns and sales promotions; and on sales techniques, procedures and standards that will help them achieve their sales targets To be committed & responsible for Quality Management System: Implement the process approach and risk-based thinking Provide the necessary support to fully implement and sustain the QMS Communicating to the organization the importance of conforming to QMS requirements Ensuring the QMS meets its goals Engage, direct, and support individuals contributing to the QMS Create a culture of continuous improvementQualificationsBachelor's degree/Diploma in Engineering (Electrical) is required8 years sales and marketing experienceSkillsPrior budget and financial accountability experience In-depth knowledge of electrical application, sales, marketing, management and customer relations fields Strong problem solving and decision making skills Strong negotiation skills Strong leader, team member, organizational planning skills and strong time management skills Must have exemplary customer service skillsWe are committed to ensuring equal employment opportunities for job applicants and employees.
