ResponsibilityImplement national action plans for distribution, volume growth and visibility by optimizing the use of marketing resources and materialsManage the performance of external field force agencyset and monitor the objectives to be achieved and evaluate the performancecheck the application of marketing guidelines and procedurescontribute to evaluate and recruit the right profile and implement all the training session (initial and on the job)Manage budget for the sake of return on investment and profitabilityEvaluate the marketing activities to propose corrective actionsFollow the clients (independent, chains) and identify the business opportunitiesMonitoring market trends and providing regular competitor feedbackMinimum 70% of the time on the field, travel between cities is requiredRequirementBachelor Degree holder is highly referredSignificant experience in managing a sales teamExcellent communication and analytical skills, ease with numbers and self-motivated.Knowledge of tobacco or vaping product would be a plusSpeaking English would be a plus
