You will develop and maintain strong partnerships with key stakeholders in the retail and food sectors, positioning Faerch as a trusted partner and advisor in sustainable packaging.Your Key ResponsibilitiesDrive Faerch’s circularity agenda with clear, compelling messagingDevelop and execute strategic sales plans for the Norwegian marketBuild and grow long-term partnerships with key retailers and food producersServe as a trusted adviser, delivering tailored, value-driven solutionsLead negotiations, manage contracts, and track performanceCollaborate across teams to ensure a seamless customer experienceThe Ideal CandidateYou’re a commercially driven professional with a strategic mindset and a passion for sustainability. You thrive on building strong partnerships and turning customer needs into impactful, value-based solutions.Strategic sales mindset with proven success in packaging, FMCG, or sustainability sectorsStrong stakeholder management across operational and strategic levelsPassion for sustainability and a solid grasp of the circular economy principlesExcellent communicator and negotiator with a consultative approachFluent in English; Norwegian proficiency preferredHow will you succeedIn the short term, you’ll establish strong relationships with key stakeholders and deliver solutions that create clear value in the Norwegian market.
