Area Sales Manager – Flanders (Hybrid)Location: Flanders, BelgiumCompany: Leading HVAC Solutions ProviderOur client, a well-established leader in smart automation, ventilation, and energy-efficient HVAC solutions, is currently looking for an Area Sales Manager to take full commercial ownership of the Flemish region.This is a strategic and autonomous role focused on business development and long-term partnerships with HVAC installers and distributors.Key Responsibilities:Drive revenue growth across the Flanders regionBuild and manage a strong network of HVAC installers and distribution partnersIdentify and develop new business opportunitiesProvide tailored technical-commercial solutions to clientsRepresent the brand and values across your territoryCollaborate with internal teams and report to the Country ManagerParticipate in trade shows and industry eventsCandidate Profile:Minimum 3 years of B2B field sales experience, ideally in HVAC, ventilation, or energy sectorsProven hunter mentality, with approximately 50% focus on new business developmentFluent in Dutch and professional level of English (French is a plus)Autonomous and entrepreneurial mindset with strong market and product understandingProficient with CRM tools and structured sales reportingOffer & Working Conditions:Competitive gross salary (depending on experience - strong monthly gross salary)Annual bonus (approx. 1.5 months’ salary)Company car, meal vouchers, group insurance (CCT90), tablet, and other professional toolsHybrid work model: 3 days in the field (3–4 meetings/day), 2 days for admin and planningOpportunity to join a dynamic, growing company with strong market positioning and clear career pathsApplication Process:This position is managed exclusively by Flowtec Solutions.To apply, please send your CV to sabrina@flowtec.com or apply directly via this job post.
