Arosh Agro Ltd. is looking for Area Sales ManagerJob Description / ResponsibilityManage Distributor/Dealer and ensure availability of products to the assigned territory.Monitor SR and Distributor/Dealer.Make territory wise sales plan and achieve monthly secondary sales target.Opening New Distributor/Dealer based on market coverage.Accompany sales representatives in the field periodically to build relationships with retailers and enhance market penetration.Collect orders from Distributor/Dealers based on market demand and ensure timely supply.Collect and manage distributor & retailer’s payments.Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealer, retailers, and other stakeholders.Collaborate with the supply chain team to ensure smooth product distribution.Prepare and submit regular sales performance reports to senior management.Achieve sales target.Make sure SKU wise sales.Working with SR and train SR.Educational RequirementsBachelor/HonorsSkills Required: FMCG Sales Marketing, FMCG Sales MarketingSalesTeam Leading Team work.Experience RequirementsAt least 6 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Manufacturing (FMCG),Agro based firms (incl.
