Job Description

Our role: Reporting to the State Sales Manager NSW, the Area Sales Manager is responsible for the growth of sales to new and existing customer bases within the Sydney Territory and the development of long-term business relationships.  Your duties:Maintain an existing customer base whilst focusing on new business growth Achieve sales KPI’s and exceed predefined targetsDevelop new business opportunities to increase salesCreate and maintain customer pricing and margins in consultation with the State Sales ManagerIdentify, develop and manage new areas of growthWork co-operatively and competitively within a busy sales team environment  Your skills and experience:Proven sales experience in managing customer accounts and growing businessExceptional negotiation and customer service skillsAbility to communicate effectively with a broad customer baseSelf-driven with the ability to work autonomouslyAptitude for working with technology, including the ability to quickly learn internal systemsProfessional personal presentation We offer:Work with a close-knit, experienced, and supportive teamFully maintained company vehicle Work with a fully Australian-owned company with a strong environmental focus
