Job Description
Main Responsibilities:Strategic sales planning and execution to retain and expand customer relationshipsClient engagement: identifying business needs, preparing proposals/quotations, resolving issues, and ensuring high-quality servicePromoting and selling products through BTL marketing activities (Agri Melas, exhibitions, canopy setups, farmer meets, training sessions)Execution of brand and product campaigns with a 360° approachDevelopment of medium to long-term sales plans for dealers and key customersResponsible for brand communication and training initiativesCoordination with internal teams and reseller networks for sell-in/sell-out and material supportExecution of trade marketing plans including profiling, promoter projects, and channel campaignsLiaison with government institutions for subsidy facilitation and institutional salesExtensive travel across assigned territory for market feedback and relationship buildingMonitoring receivables and ensuring timely collections from channel partnersKey Indicators of SuccessSales target vs achievementNew dealer appointments and channel developmentMarket share growth in assigned territoryKey account and government institution engagementLead generation and conversion through BTL activitiesCampaign effectiveness and ROIDealer activation and product range expansionTimely delivery and inventory optimizationCompliance with reporting deadlines and SOPsCollection efficiency and AR managementQuality of market intelligence and competitor insightsLast date to apply:29 October 2025
