Area Sales Manager – Industrial SectorsSector: Ireland, North Ireland Job FunctionThe Area Sales Manager has a technical-commercial profile and is responsible for the development and follow-up of sales activities in an assigned export geographical area, in line with the company’s strategy.He/She acts as the main interface with customers in the region and coordinates with internal departments at headquarters.Main Responsibilities1. Business Development & Account ManagementDevelop the Mobile and Industrial activity within the assigned geographical area.Analyze product and service needs of key accounts.Manage and expand the existing customer portfolio, adapting sales strategies to customer typology, sales channels, market, and geopolitical context.Define and execute the sales value plan, estimate volumes and revenue, and ensure achievement of objectives.Create and manage the pricing strategy: offers, quotes, campaigns, promotions, and discounts.Collect and analyze market, product, and competitor information using available tools (CRM, internal platforms).Handle returns, claims, and conflicts in collaboration with the internal sales support team to ensure customer satisfaction.Contribute to product development (own brand and private label) in coordination with dedicated teams.2. Marketing & PromotionRepresent the company in exhibitions, trade shows, and customer events.Organize and coordinate customer training programs.Promote the company’s solutions and services to customers and prospects.3. Performance MonitoringTrack and report performance indicators (sales volume, growth, margin, customer satisfaction, market evolution).4. Continuous ImprovementAnalyze successes and failures, draw lessons from past projects, and provide feedback for technical and commercial improvements.5. Compliance & ReportingAlign with group sales strategy and management guidelines.Ensure effective use of CRM and IT tools (CRM Dynamics 365, internal reporting systems).Reporting & RelationshipsInternal relations: Cross-functional collaboration with sales, marketing, product, logistics, and support teamsExternal relations: Clients, prospects, and business partnersRequired Skills & CompetenciesTechnical & Commercial SkillsStrong negotiation and client relationship management skills.In-depth knowledge of markets, products, and local cultural/business practices.Solid understanding of technical-commercial processes.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.Excellent written and spoken English (additional languages relevant to the region are a plus).Personal QualitiesStrong interpersonal and communication skills, intercultural sensitivity.Methodical, organized, and rigorous.Results-oriented with ability to work under pressure.Team player with strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.Background & EducationHigher degree in Commerce, Sales, or Management (or equivalent professional experience).Experience in filtration, maintenance, or a related technical industry is an asset.Job ConstraintsFrequent travel abroad (minimum 20 weeks/year).Combination of field presence, home office, and occasional visits to HQ.Driver’s license required.Work Schedule & LocationFull-time positionActivity mainly carried out in the geographical area of responsibility, with regular international trip
