About 320 motivated and qualified employees are supporting us now.IDS Japan is looking for an experienced individual in the field of Area Sales.TASKS:Acquisition of new customers as well as supporting existing customers and partnersIndividual responsibility for establishing, maintaining and further developing of business relationships through regular contact with customersAnalysis of customer needs and the preparation of customer development plansPreparation of quotesWorking closely with the APAC Sales director to structure and develop the sales territory by closely observing the market and adjusting sales activities as necessaryCheck and ensure customer satisfaction and strengthen the market position of IDSWork closely with the wider sales departmentProviding customer advice on site as well as participating in trade fairs and customer eventsREQUIREMENTS:Japanese - Native levelEnglish- Good knowledgeEngineering or science-based educational qualificationMore than 2 years of sales experience optimally in the industrial imaging market or similar selling complex technical products to system integrators and OEMsAbility to provide technical guidance and training to customersProfessional attitude, appearance and excellent communication skillsStrong customer focus with the ability to close projects and opportunitiesReliable and concise reporting and entering of data into CRM systemStrong desire to hit and exceed targetsAbility to efficiently manage time, prioritize and willingness to travelOUR OFFER:Become part of a highly successful mid-sized company.
