What You'll DoDeliver Results: Achieve sales targets within your territory, ensuring profitability and growth.Customer Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers at all levels within the distribution network. Technical Expertise: Provide onsite technical support and advice, working closely with the technical sales team. Sales Excellence: Generate and manage quotations via CRM systems, and handle technical product queries both on-site and by phone. Strategic Growth: Build a robust specification program, control pricing strategies, and implement tailored sales plans for key customers in collaboration with the National Sales Manager (NSM). Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with internal sales, operations, and technical offices to deliver seamless customer service. Brand Representation: Attend exhibitions, deliver CPD presentations, and actively participate in marketing and sales campaigns. Compliance and Quality: Ensure adherence to product compliance obligations, fostering a culture of excellence within your team. What We're Looking ForYou will be a hunter and a farmer mentalitylive on territoryUK Drivers licenceKnowledge of heavy-side materials you could have sold, insulation, paving, timber, bricks, blocks, roofing or any building envelope product. Knowledge and contacts within Merchants and buying groups. Proven field-based sales experienceDemonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets. Exceptional people management and interpersonal skills. Confident and persuasive presentation skills, both to customers and senior stakeholders.
