As an heir to her father André Messika's diamond legacy, Valerie has combined tradition with modern luxury. We are now seeking a dedicated Area Sales Manager to join our dynamic team and reinforce the Maison’s presence across 13 markets in the Middle East region.The GoalAs Area Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the Middle East team by driving business performance, animating the retail network, and ensuring a seamless client experience across the region. You will act as a trusted partner for our distributors, developing new opportunities, supporting local teams, and contributing to both sales growth and strategic initiatives. Autonomy, leadership, and strong commercial insight are essential to succeed in this role.What you do ?Commercial Drive & InputManage sales, orders, and stock levels in direct contact with external partners to achieve brand objectives.Lead business development initiatives, both quantitatively and qualitatively.Monitor market performance and recommend tailored actions for each market and boutique.Deliver daily, monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales reporting and KPI tracking.Respond to network requests regarding training, client orders, marketing tools, and communication actions, coordinating with relevant departments.Provide regular presence and support at points of sale: merchandising, store conditions, sales shadowing, and team briefings.Identify new partnerships and ideas to drive traffic, enhance client experience, and support the business.Ensure adherence to retail pricing policy aligned with local and international brand guidelines.Coordinate retail tools, marketing, training, and visual merchandising materials for the region.Collaborate closely with Paris headquarters to implement brand guidelines and propose improvements.Cross-Functional CollaborationWork with commercial teams to ensure smooth delivery of orders.Partner with architecture teams to maintain store conditions and supervise projects.Ensure merchandising guidelines and brand image are respected.Develop training and coaching strategies aligned with commercial objectives.Serve as the local relay between marketing teams and headquarters for all activities: product launches, media, social media, events, and client activations.Organize and support in-store activations: new launches, HJ presentations, trunk shows, press meetings, and client appointments.Competition InsightsAnalyze competitive landscape and market trends both qualitatively and quantitatively.Produce comparative reporting for retailers and headquarters.Maintain relationships with malls to identify opportunities and track new developments.Job ProfileExperience3-4 years of experience in retail boutique, ideally in fine jewelry or luxury environments.University Degree in a business-related field.Skills RequiredPassionate about luxury, fashion, and experiential marketing.Highly organized with a strong attention to detail.Strong communication skills in English (Arabic or French is a plus).Proficient in Excel, Microsoft Office, Google Suite (experience with Indesign or Photoshop and PowerBI is a plus).Curious, eager to learn, flexible, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Self-starter with a proactive mindset and a passion for learning.Positive energy and genuine desire to work with people.
