This is a senior position for a proven sales leader with deep industry expertise, ideally from the automotive sector or other relevant premium, technology-driven industries.You will combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, acting as a trusted partner for both our retail network and our customers. Your leadership will directly influence XPENG’s growth, brand perception, and long-term success in the Norwegian market.Key Responsibilities Drive sales performance and market share growth across Norway. Develop, manage, and optimize the performance of dealer networks and retail partners. Build strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including dealers, fleet customers, and corporate partners. Define and implement regional sales strategies aligned with XPENG’s overall business goals. Monitor market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities. Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining the highest standards of service and brand experience. Lead negotiations and major account management with key partners. Collaborate with marketing, aftersales, and product teams to deliver a seamless customer journey. Provide regular reporting, forecasting, and analysis to senior management. Represent XPENG at industry events, trade shows, and business forums.Qualifications & Experience 10+ years of senior sales leadership experience in the automotive sector or other relevant premium/technology-driven industries. Proven track record of delivering strong sales growth and managing dealer/partner networks. Strong commercial acumen with experience in business development and contract negotiation. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Deep understanding of the Norwegian automotive market and customer expectations. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset. Fluent in Norwegian and English, both spoken and written.
