Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager to drive business growth across a defined territory. The role focuses on developing customer relationships, identifying new opportunities, and delivering profitable sales in line with strategic goals.Key ResponsibilitiesGrow sales within the assigned area through new business development and expansion of existing accounts.Build strong, long-term customer relationships through regular engagement and support.Develop and implement local sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.Manage the full sales process from lead generation through to contract negotiation and completion.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met efficiently.Prepare forecasts and monitor performance against sales objectives.Qualifications & ExperienceDegree or equivalent qualification in a technical or engineering-related field (preferred).Proven track record in business development or technical sales.Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.Proficient in MS Office and general IT systems.Full, clean driving licence.
