This role is tailor-made for strategic hunters who thrive on creating dealer networks, driving growth, and building market presence from the ground up.Your ImpactAs an Area Sales Manager, you’ll be the frontline leader driving Spark Ride’s regional expansion. You will:· Develop & Execute Sales Strategies — Plan and implement targeted sales initiatives to achieve and exceed regional sales goals.· Build & Lead Dealer Networks — Hunt, onboard, and manage distributors, dealers, and retailers to amplify our brand’s market reach.· Analyze & Grow the Territory — Identify new opportunities, assess market trends, and strategically expand your assigned region.· Cultivate Strong Partnerships — Build long-term, trust-based relationships with key clients and business partners.· Lead High-Performing Teams — manage and mentor sales representatives, ensuring peak performance through coaching and accountability.· Collaborate Cross-Functionally — Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to execute regional strategies effectively.· Champion the Brand — Represent Spark Ride at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to build visibility and drive leads.🎯 What We’re Looking For· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields (MBA/MA preferred).· 5+ years of proven sales experience, including 2+ years in an area or regional managerial role.· A strong sales hunter with the ability to build new networks and penetrate markets.· Excellent leadership, negotiation, and presentation skills.· Solid understanding of sales metrics and data-driven decision-making.· Willingness to travel extensively across your territory.· Passion for sustainability, innovation, and the future of mobility.🧠 Key Skills & Competencies· Strategic territory planning & market development· Strong communication & relationship-building· Team leadership & performance coaching· Problem-solving & sales diagnostics· Adaptability in fast-changing markets· Goal-driven with a “win big” mindset💼 What We Offer· Competitive salary with performance-based incentives· Professional development and growth opportunities· Company car/e-bike & travel/charging allowance· Provident fund and other benefits📩 How to ApplyReady to power the future of transportation?
