Area Sales ManagerEXP.: 7- 10 yearsQualification: Graduate/PostgraduateLocation: VisakhapatnamIndustry: Retail ApparelRole & Responsibilities: Execute the plan to streamline the store retail operations – Staffing, Weekly Rosters, Offer Implementation, Highlighting Merchandise gap, Monitor Day to day activities of EBO stores driving retail. Achieve the target L2L growth at EBO Stores & Revenue Targets of both formats. Monitoring adherence of SOPs. Manage day to day operations, sales, inventory management. Improve commercial discipline at the stores. Coordinating with Commercial Team for Cash/Card Reconciliation, Stock reconciliation. Data management such as sales and inventory reports. Coordinating with HO Backend (VM, Mktg, Planning, MIS). Share Competition Feedback. Proven ability to handle a high turnover business and generate profitability. Responsible for recruiting, training and retaining high caliber sales personnel. Strong leadership and team building abilities.Desired Skills:Should have 7 to 8 years’ experience in retail industry.Should have handled teams of 10 to 15 members.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.People Management and grievance handling skills.Should be able to increase the Customer Satisfaction levelShould be excellent in Ms Office.
