Area Sales Representative

Position : Area Sales Representative Location : TangerangRole Summary & Responsibility :Build and maintain relationship with key outlets (market visit)Ensure implementation of marketing offer on assigned territoryLead and monitor demand generation activities (Trade meets/ Market storming)Driving retailer/IWS network expansion, thruput, product mix & realizationDSR productivity monitoring and coaching (market coverage, PJP)Select retailers/IWS for branding deploymentGather market intelligence & feedbackCollaborate within EM and alignment with distributorDrive adoption of digital tools (SFADMS, CB/ITP, DMS)Track promotional material utilization effectivenessMonthly sales performance tracking vs DBP (collaboration with DB)Build customer profilingRequirement : Bachelor degree (S1)Minimum 3 years experience preferably in lubricants / FMCG industriesStrong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team.Excellence communication and interpersonal abilities.Experience in building with diverse stakeholders.Knowledge of relevant areas (distribution, sales operation) is desirableHave a Driver License (SIM A)
