Job Title: Administrative Executive / Admin OfficerLocation: KenyaEmployment Type: Full-timeJob SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Executive to manage day-to-day administrative tasks, ensure smooth office operations, and provide support to various departments. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, good communication abilities, and a professional approach to problem-solving. Key ResponsibilitiesHandle general office administration, including answering calls, managing correspondence, and maintaining records. Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary. Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and building management. Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.

Maintain proper filing systems (physical and digital) for easy retrieval of information. Support HR and Finance teams with documentation, travel arrangements, and reimbursements. Organize company events, training sessions, and employee engagement activities. Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. Monitor and maintain cleanliness and functionality of the office premises. RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Administration, Management, or related field. Proven experience (5-8 years) in an administrative or office management role. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities under deadlines. Preferred SkillsKnowledge of basic accounting and procurement processes. Familiarity with office equipment and IT support coordination. Experience in vendor management and negotiation.
