Staffing Coordinator / Scheduler (FT) As a Staffing Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring that all units are staffed appropriately according to census and acuities in accordance with applicable federal guidelines for staffing. Job Responsibilities:
Plan, organize and implement a sustainable staffing strategySchedule and coordinate with nursing staff to fill in schedule holes for each shiftMake sure Daily Staffing is in place for Nursing DepartmentMonitor the company's staffing needs and take actions to staff accordingly by ensuring coverage for calloutsWork with staffing agencies as neededIdentify hard to fill roles and take proactive actionsAssist in candidate screening and interviewingAssist with new employee orientationDesign and plan work shift schedulesProvide assistance with timekeeping for payroll purposesCreate, present and submit reports to management Requirements:
