Good knowledge of industrial processes, Lean Manufacturing, and project management. Familiarity with AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or other 2D/3D design tools is a plus. Excellent planning, problem-solving, and time management skills. Flexible, analytical, and goal-oriented mindset. Strong teamwork, customer focus, and communication skills.
