Design and maintain process sheets for each machine. Monitor and ensure production follows process standards. Continuously improve systems to reduce defects and boost quality. 3–5 years of experience in a similar role (home appliances industry is a plus!). Familiar with ERP systems. Strong skills in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
