As our next Account Executive, you’ll convert traction into scalable revenue by uncovering business challenges, connecting them to measurable outcomes, and aligning those outcomes to Sedric’s platform. You’ll operate in complex, compliance-driven environments where trust, clarity, and partnership define success.Responsibilities: What You’ll Do:Own the full sales cycle, from initial conversation to signed agreement, with curiosity, persistence, and precision.Prospect with purpose: Identify and engage high-potential agencies and lenders through creative outreach.Diagnose the real challenge: Listen deeply and uncover operational, compliance, or performance gaps.Connect challenges to impact: Frame Sedric’s capabilities in business terms that drive revenue, reduce risk, and increase efficiency.Lead strategic evaluations: Guide buying teams through a clear, structured evaluation process that builds alignment, momentum, and confidence in the decision to move forward with Sedric.Negotiate and close: Build trust, handle objections, and create win-win agreements for long-term success.Collaborate internally: Partner with Customer Success and Product to ensure smooth onboarding and measurable ROI.Requirements: What You Bring:• 4+ years of closing experience in SaaS (Fintech, ARM, or other regulated industries preferred)• Proven success running complex, multi-stakeholder deals from first conversation to close• Clear, concise communication that meets people where they are and earns their trust.• A buyer enablement mindset, equipping champions with the context, insights, and materials they need to drive alignment internally• A creative and strategic approach to outbound prospecting and pipeline generation• Curiosity, grit, and introspection with a drive to keep improving every day• A collaborative approach that prioritizes team outcomes and shared successWhy You’ll Thrive Here:Competitive base + commission ($200K–$300K OTE)You’ll be supported by a leader who has been actively selling Sedric’s products and understands the challenges firsthand, providing clear direction and hands-on coaching every step of the way.You’ll have access to proven strategies, refined through real-world experience, not theory.Our culture values curiosity, accountability, and execution — giving you room to experiment, grow, and share in team success.The Bottom Line:This isn’t a “spray and pray” sales role.
