Reporting to: Finance ManagerLocation: Nenagh, Co. TipperaryBusiness Sector: IngredientsPurpose: Accounts Assistant within the Ingredients Division. Responsibilities: Responsibilities associated with this role include, but are not limited to the following: Manage customer Invoice/CN Interface for Tipperary and Nenagh site and reconcile monthly. Issues invoices & credits to customers via batch email and mange queries. Manage Batch emails to customers and update as required. Manage third party customer portals, upload invoice and credits and resolve any queries. Work with dispatch to manage customer queries and issue Manual & Pro forma Invoices as required.
Issue manual invoices for bulk sales of raw goods milk, cream, whey etc. Work with Weighbridge re reconciling volumes and agreeing of bulk invoices. Assist with weekly Opex reporting. Assist with Ingredients Month End as required. Manage Invoice Discounting (ID) process for the ingredients division to include uploading invoices/credit notes to the ID platform & completing monthly reconciliations of the ID accounts. Facilitate half yearly Invoice Discounting Audits. Complete bank reconciliations in line with the month end process. Qualifications/Experience required for this role: 3-5 years' experience in accounts administration. I. T. literacy is essential.
Accounts Technician Or Similar Business Qualifications Are Desirable. Experience of dealing with customer accounts and cash allocations. Experience with reconciliations, Bank Accounts, General Ledger, customer account reconciliations. Key Skills/Attributes/Core Competencies: Motivated. Ability to work on your own initiative. Proven track record in a similar role. Excellent communication skills. Able to multi-task, prioritise workload and meet tight deadlines as required. Excellent attention to detail.
