As a Tech Recruiter, you’ll be at the forefront of our hiring strategy—responsible for sourcing, engaging, and hiring elite technical talent at scale. You’ll operate in a fast-paced environment, working closely with engineering and product leadership to hire for roles ranging from backend and full-stack engineers to AI/ML specialists as well as other roles such as Testers, Project Managers and Business Analysts. Strategic PartnershipAct as a trusted advisor to tech and product leaders on market trends, competitive intelligence, and candidate experience. Build recruitment roadmaps aligned with team expansion and workforce planning strategies. AI-Enabled Hiring ExecutionLeverage our advanced AI-powered ATS to identify qualified candidates, manage outreach, and optimize funnel conversion rates. Continuously experiment with tools, automation, and data insights to improve hiring velocity and quality.
Pipeline & Outreach DevelopmentBuild and maintain a strong and diverse talent pipeline through proactive sourcing, Boolean search, referrals, communities, GitHub, Stack Overflow, LinkedIn, etc. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and tech meetups. Candidate Experience & Employer BrandingDrive a seamless and personalized candidate experience from first touch to offer. Collaborate with the People & Marketing teams on campaigns that position us as an employer of choice in the tech world. You’ll Need To Have: Minimum 5 years of experience in tech recruitment, ideally in a high-growth startup or scale-up environment. Proven experience hiring for a broad range of technical roles (e.
g. , frontend, backend, DevOps, cloud, data engineering). Familiarity with ATS systems and AI sourcing tools Solid understanding of technical roles, programming languages, and modern engineering workflows. Ability to manage multiple requisitions, prioritize effectively, and meet ambitious hiring targets. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
