THIS ROLE IS FULLY REMOTE, MUST WORK IN THE PACIFIC TIMEZONEThis role is for a bold, strategic thinker who thrives at the intersection of creative vision, cultural awareness, and market opportunity. You'll identify and activate opportunities in the immersive space, building strong partnerships and helping our client evolve into a destination brand. You'll define and lead a new creative business vertical for immersive, branded, and gated experiences. This includes developing original IP, leading the acquisition and licensing of third-party content, and establishing strategic partnerships across various sectors. You will also create a clear go-to-market roadmap for all immersive experiences.
Finally, you'll collaborate with internal creative, digital, fabrication, and production teams to translate big ideas into reality. You'll also represent our client at industry events and stay ahead of immersive trends, evolving audience expectations, and emerging technologies. Requirements:
Must have extensive experience working in immersive experience design, themed attractions, location-based entertainment, or experiential strategyMust have experience developing original IP and acquiring licensed content for physical experiences A creative industry veteran with 10+ years experience in immersive experience design, themed attractions, location-based entertainment, or experiential strategyA forward-thinking, opportunity-driven individual who understands how to turn creative ideas into compelling guest-facing realitiesSomeone who speaks the language of artists, storytellers, producers, and brand executivesExperienced in shaping creative direction and forming new partnerships in fast-evolving creative industriesIf this sounds like a great fit, please send your resume and portfolio to careers@arrowmac.
