Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Art Director to drive creative direction across the Asia-Pacific region. This role supports brand, marketing, and product teams to ensure consistent, high-quality visual identity across APAC region. You will take ownership of regional campaign art direction, brand systems, visual guidelines, and key creative assets for APAC product launches. What you'll do:Lead art direction for regional brand and product campaigns Localize and implement global brand guidelines for APAC markets Build and maintain brand systems, visual frameworks, and design tokens Direct product and lifestyle photoshoots (concepting, mood, set design, lighting, posing) Develop key visuals and hero assets for product launches Oversee packaging design, retail graphics, events, and spatial/environmental visuals Ensure brand consistency across all APAC touchpoints Manage agencies, vendors, and external creative partners Guide junior designers and uphold creative quality What We’re Looking For 8–12+ years of experience in branding, design, art direction, or related creative fields Strong portfolio showing campaign development, visual identity, and brand-system thinking Experience working with global or multi-market brands Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma Strong English communication capability (cross-market collaboration) Ability to manage multiple fast-moving projects across different markets Preferred Experience Experience with AI-driven creative workflows (image generation, moodboards, storyboards, compositing) Background in sports, fashion, lifestyle, or consumer products Experience with retail design, VM, exhibition, or spatial graphics Familiarity with visual culture and trends across APAC Experience creating scalable brand architecture or visual systems Why Join Us Regional creative ownership across high-growth APAC markets Opportunity to shape and elevate a global brand’s presence in Asia Cross-functional collaboration with product, marketing, e-commerce, and commercial teams High-impact role with strong exposure to multi-market campaigns
