About the role: As a Creative Lead you will be responsible for visual brand expression across all entities, ensuring creative consistency, innovation, and alignment with brand guidelines. He/she will lead the creative hub, supervise designers, and act as the guardian of design quality across all outputs.Responsibilities:Lead all design and creative development across brands and regions.Supervise graphic designers and ensure delivery of high-quality assets.Manage design pipeline (brochures, presentations, packaging, digital assets).Ensure brand guidelines are applied consistently.Work closely with the Digital and Events teams for campaign assets.Coordinate with external creative agencies when needed.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, or any other related field.7+ years of experience in design (agency or in-house), with leadership exposure.Professional user of Adobe Creative Suite and motion/3D basics.Strong portfolio showcasing brand work and campaigns.Creative thinker with ability to translate strategy into design.
