From the atelier in Stockholm, we create collections spanning ready-to-wear, shoes, bags, accessories and jewelry.The RoleTOTEME is looking for an Art Director to join our Stockholm team for a full-time position. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and executing creative concepts across several touchpoints and channels. As part of the Brand team, you will work together with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain TOTEME’s visual identity, ensuring coherence and excellence across every touchpoint. You will balance conceptual thinking with hands-on execution, overseeing projects from ideation through delivery.ResponsibilitiesLead the creative direction and execution of visual content across campaigns, retail, editorial, and digital platforms. Develop and maintain a cohesive visual language aligned with TOTEME’s brand identity and creative vision. Oversee the creative process from concept to final delivery, ensuring high-quality output and consistency across channels. Collaborate closely with the Creative, Marketing, and E-commerce teams to ensure aligned and impactful creative executions. Conduct visual research, build moodboards, and craft compelling visual narratives that translate into strong storytelling. Present creative concepts and executions to internal stakeholders. Stay informed about developments in fashion, art, and design to bring relevant and inspiring ideas to the team. Participate in and contribute to TOTEME’s social and environmental sustainability strategy. Your ProfileExtensive experience as an Art Director, ideally within the fashion industry. Strong portfolio showcasing direction and execution across multiple formats. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite. Excellent skills in visual research, moodboarding, and storytelling. High level of cultural awareness with an interest in art, fashion, and design — across stills and motion. Strong communication and presentation skills. Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
