And we’re looking for an Art Director to define and lead the visual identity of Dog Friendly Co. as we scale into new markets and turn heads worldwide.This is your opportunity to leave your mark on a fast-growing lifestyle brand, with your creative vision seen and shared across continents.What You’ll Do:Define and lead the brand’s visual direction across all touchpoints - from digital ads to packaging to campaignsBuild a visual identity that’s bold, clean, and emotionally resonant - instantly recognizable on a global stageOversee the creation of scroll-stopping, story-driven creative across social, email, paid media, and webLead the creative execution of product launches, seasonal campaigns, and evergreen brand momentsCollaborate closely with founders, content creators, and marketers to turn big ideas into world-class visual assetsGuide and evolve the UX/UI of our Shopify site, ensuring beauty, performance, and consistencyStay tuned into global trends in fashion, lifestyle, tech, and culture and filter them through the lens of our brandWho You Are:A creative visionary with sharp taste and a point of view5–8 years experience in brand or eCommerce creative (bonus if DTC lifestyle/fashion/consumer)You’ve led or shaped a brand’s visual identity across digital platforms and understand how to scale a look and feelHands-on design skills in Adobe Suite or Figma - you can execute when neededDeep understanding of visual storytelling, photography direction, type, layout, motion, and modern brandingYou care about detail - from font choice to color balance to why a design “feels” rightComfortable directing others, giving feedback, and evolving concepts from idea to executionYou get internet culture and know what captures attention in a noisy feedWhy Join Us?Your creative direction will shape how millions of people see our brand as we go globalFull ownership and freedom to push creative boundaries - we want to stand out, not blend inFast-moving, fully remote team with bold goals and lots of energyWe’re building something people (and dogs) love, and your work will make that love visibleHow to ApplySend your portfolio (highlighting 1–2 projects where you led the visual direction) and a few lines on why Dog Friendly Co. is the right fit for you to careers@dogfriendlyco.com.Applications not submitted via email will not be considered.
